Hollywood actor Timothée Chalamet has revealed why he apologised to his partner, Kylie Jenner, after appearing moody during a surprise birthday outing she organised for him.
Speaking during a conversation about his film Interstellar, the actor admitted he was in a bad mood while being driven to the mystery location because he had no idea where Jenner was taking him. According to Chalamet, the uncertainty left him frustrated on what was meant to be a special day.
His reaction quickly changed when he discovered that Jenner had arranged a private IMAX screening of Interstellar, a movie he had long described as one of his favourites. Realising the thought behind the gesture, the actor apologised immediately for his earlier behaviour and thanked her for the surprise.
Chalamet explained that his emotional response stemmed from genuine excitement upon seeing the film on the big screen again, noting that he has watched the movie dozens of times since its original release. The moment highlighted a more relatable side of the actor, showing how simple misunderstandings can happen even during heartfelt celebrations.
