United States lawmaker, Senator Tom Cotton has commended President Donald Trump over the US military airstrikes in Nigeria.
DAILY POST had reported that the US military, following President Donald Trump’s directive, bombed terrorists in Sokoto State on Christmas night.
The number of terrorists killed in the operation cannot be ascertained at the moment but the Federal Government clarified that it was co-operation between the two countries.
Reacting, Senator Tom in a post on X, commended President Trump, stating that the terrorists are not only killing Christians but have also murdered many Americans.
His post reads, “I commend President Trump, Secretary Hegseth, and our brave troops for these strikes against bloodthirsty ISIS savages who are not only persecuting Christians, but also have killed many Americans”.
