Pastor Nathaniel Bassey lays curse on married men who deceive young women

Published:

Nigerian singer, pastor, trumpeter and gospel songwriter, Pastor Nathaniel Bassey has laid a curse on married men who go about deceiving young women on social media, saying they will not escape the consequences this year as their shame will soon be exposed on the same social media.

The renowned gospel singer who gave the warning during a prayer session at the Dunamis Gospel Center in Abuja on Tuesday, cautioned such randy men that their actions would attract serious consequences, stressing that the exposure and lasting shame would follow any married involved in infidelity.

He noted that married men, especially so called men of God who deceive young women and engage in secret affairs under the guise of friendship or mentorship will not escape the wrath of God.

The clergyman also directed his message at young women who knowingly enter relationships with married men, warning them against being driven by material desires, attention, or luxury gifts.

He urged them not to be swayed by greed, noting that the outcome of such choices could be damaging and irreversible.

Pastor Bassey further called on both men and women to uphold moral standards, emphasising that personal integrity and accountability remain essential, as the consequences of immoral actions, he said, cannot be avoided.

“You are a married man going around deceiving young girls. You will not escape the consequences this year; your shame will be exposed on social media,” he said.
