Gbenga Ogunbote has been spotted at Plateau United’s training ground preparing the team for the second stanza of the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.
Ogunbote is expected to take charge of the team for the remainder of the season.
The veteran tactician will take over from young gaffer Oluwasola Adegun.
The team has struggled under Ayegun this season.
According to reports, Ogunbote is expected to be unveiled by the Jos-based club before the start of the second round of the season.
Plateau United will trade tackles with Wikki Tourists in what is expected to be Ogunbote’s first game in charge of the club.
Ogunbote managed Shooting Stars last season.
