The Management of Enyimba Football Club of Aba has announced that the gate of its stadium in Aba would be thrown open today for fans to watch the Enyimba Vs Plateau United match without paying gate fee.
Enyimba management in an official statement Saturday, said that the policy followed the successful completion of the club’s three-match closed-door sanction.
It explained that the decision to allow the fans to watch the match without paying fees was to pave way for the much-awaited return of the passionate supporters to the stands.
“Management also seizes this opportunity to express profound appreciation to our loyal fans, supporters, stakeholders and partners for their patience, understanding and unwavering support during the period of the closed-door matches”, it said.
The club appealed to its fans to responsibly drum support for the team as they face Plateau Utd at 4pm.
