Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son, Christian “King” Combs have settled a lawsuit filed against them by a former law firm over alleged unpaid legal fees, newly filed court documents show.
According to documents first reported by TMZ, Los Angeles-based Summa LLP sued the father and son, claiming they failed to pay for more than 100 hours of attorney work and over 90 hours of paralegal services rendered beginning in March 2025. The firm alleged that the duo owed at least $53,688.35 in outstanding fees.
The billing dispute was reportedly connected, in part, to legal representation tied to a sexual assault lawsuit filed against Christian Combs by Grace O’Marcaigh. In her complaint, O’Marcaigh alleged that she was working as a steward aboard a yacht she said Diddy had chartered shortly before New Year’s Eve 2022.

She accused Christian of attempting to force her to perform oral sex despite her objections, claiming she suffered mental and emotional distress as a result. O’Marcaigh also named Diddy in the lawsuit, alleging that he aided and abetted his son.
The status of O’Marcaigh’s underlying case remains unclear. However, court filings indicate that Summa LLP and the Combses have now reached a settlement in the fee dispute, prompting the firm to dismiss its lawsuit.
Summa’s attorney, Alejandro Barrientos, confirmed that a settlement had been reached but declined to disclose the terms of the agreement.
