Head coach of Brazil’s national football team, Carlo Ancelotti, has addressed question on Neymar’s omission from his latest squad for the March international break.
Ancelotti recently decided not to include Neymar’s name in his side’s squad to face France and Croatia later this month.
Reacting, Neymar admitted he was sad by Ancelotti’s decision not to include him in the squad.
However, speaking ahead of Brazil’s friendly clash with France in Boston on Thursday, Ancelotti addressed the relentless questions regarding Neymar’s omission from Brazil’s squad.
“I observe everything, I listen to everything. But my role is to make decisions. It’s normal that everyone can have an opinion, because football isn’t a university… football is not an exact science,” Ancelotti told reporters as per ESPN.
“Everyone has their opinion, and I have to respect everyone’s opinion.”
