Bayern Munich were stunned at the Allianz Stadium on Saturday as they fell to their first defeat of the Bundesliga season.
The champions’ 27-game unbeaten run in the league came to an abrupt end as struggling Augsburg produced a shock 2-1 victory.
A Michael Olise corner in the 23rd minute had been headed in by Hiroki Ito to put the hosts ahead.

But Augsburg turned things around late in the second half with goals from Arthur Chaves and Han-Noah Massengo.
This surprise defeat means Bayern remain 11 points clear of closest challengers Borussia Dortmund at the top of the table, having played one game more.
Augsburg, who were winless in their previous five matches, move up to 13th in the standings, four points clear of the relegation play-off place.
