Actress Alexandra Daddario has confirmed her separation from film producer Andrew Form after three years of marriage. A representative for the White Lotus star said the decision to part ways was made “with love and respect,” marking a new chapter for the couple.
According to the statement, the pair plan to maintain a healthy co-parenting relationship as they focus on raising their 15-month-old son together. They also requested privacy while navigating the transition, noting that family remains their top priority.
Daddario, 39, and Form, a producer known for projects including A Quiet Place, first met during the COVID-19 pandemic in New York City. Their chance encounter quickly turned into a relationship, leading to their wedding in June 2022.
Throughout their marriage, the actress often described Form as a supportive partner, previously calling him a “wonderful man” during interviews. Form is also father to two children from a previous marriage.
