Barcelona forward, Marcus Rashford has ruled out any possibility of returning to Manchester United in the summer.
This comes after it was reported last week that Manchester United caretaker manager Michael Carrick wants Rashford back to Old Trafford should he get the manager’s job permanently at the end of the season.
But according to the Daily Mirror, Rashford has “no intention” to return to Man United at the end of the season.
The England international believes his future lies away from the Red Devils and has informed Barcelona of his desire to stay put at the Catalan club.
Rashford is currently on a season-long loan at Barcelona from Man United.
The 28-year-old is expected to explore other avenues should Barcelona decide not to sign him permanently, rather than return to United.
