The governor made the call during the 2026 National Maulud held at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium, Katsina, which attracted millions of faithful from within and outside Nigeria.

Speaking before a large congregation of Islamic scholars, traditional rulers and worshippers, Governor Radda emphasised that Islam promotes peace, orderliness and respect for authority.
