The Super Eagles of Nigeria thrashed Mozambique 4-0 to secure a quarter-final spot at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) on Monday night.
The three-time African champions dominated the game and showed their attacking prowess to see off Mozambique in the last 16 clash.
Nigeria started their campaign with a 2-1 win over Tanzania, and went on to seal a 3-2 win over Tunisia before beating Uganda 3-1 to wrap up the group stage.

Against Mozambique, two first-half goals in quick succession by Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen put Nigeria in control before halftime.
Osimhen scored again just at the start of the second half, before Akor Adams, who had provided two assists, scored a fourth for Nigeria.
The Eric Chelle side are getting a clean sheet for the first time in the tournament.
They have now booked a quarter-final showdown with Algeria or DR Congo in Marrakech on Saturday.
Algeria and Congo will face off on Tuesday.
